UPS: SPECIFY REGULAR GROUND OR AIR.

COMMON CARRIER: ON ALL PORTABLE SIGNS, A $35 CRATING FEE PER SIGN IS REQUIRED.

YOU MAY SPECIFY YOUR PREFERRED CARRIER IF YOU CHOOSE.

USA Portable Signs is not responsible for damages on merchandise by common carrier, UPS or other carriers. If damage is noted on the bill of lading, a claim to that damage may be filed for reimbursement with the carrier. NOTE: Inspect all packages upon delivery for exterior and interior damage before the carrier leaves and note it on the bill of lading. If extensive damage is noted you can refuse the delivery.

DAMAGE TO SIGN ON DELIVERY: If portable signs are damaged we can replace dented panels, faces, arrow, arrow tips etc. by UPS faster than returning a minor damaged sign.

ATTENTION: Freight companies require a $55.00 access fee in addition to regular freight charges For the following drop off locations: Residential, Churches, Construction Sites, Schools, Military Bases.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Because of the supply and demand of manufacturing signs and the schedule of freight carriers a firm delivery date cannot be promised only an estimated delivery time is quoted.
